1. Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions govern the usage of the DFCoin Loyalty Point Program and DF Credit (Internal Usage Value) by Dropfoods.

This Program applies to purchases made through the Dropfoods mobile application (iOS/Android) and Dropfoods smart vending machines.

By using the Dropfoods application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Earning & Redemption of DFCoin

  • In Singapore: Each 1 SGD spent or topped up earns 20 DFCoin. 411 DFCoin = 1 SGD discount when redeemed.
  • In Vietnam: Each 1,000 VND spent or topped up earns 1 DFCoin. 200 DFCoin = 10,000 VND discount when redeemed.
  • DFCoin has a validity of 180 days from the date of the last transaction. Unused points will automatically expireafter this period.

    • 3. Top-up & Use of DF Credit (Internal Usage Value)

  • DF Credit is a prepaid value used for purchases within the Dropfoods ecosystem.
  • It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
  • Bonus points or gifts may apply for certain top-up thresholds (e.g., 200,000 VND or 500,000 VND).

    • 4. Changes & Termination

  • Dropfoods reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
  • Continued usage after updates implies your agreement to the revised Terms.
  • Unused DFCoin or DF Credit may be forfeited if the Program ends.

    • 5. Fraud & Misuse

  • Any fraud (e.g., creating multiple accounts, system tampering, refund abuse) may result in account suspension, loss of DFCoin/DF Credit, and possible legal action.
  • Dropfoods reserves the right to audit accounts and transactions at any time.

    • 6. Personal Data & Privacy

  • Dropfoods collects user data such as full name, phone number, etc., solely to operate the Program.
  • Data is processed in compliance with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law and Singapore’s PDPA.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, unless legally required.

    • 7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Dropfoods is not liable for issues such as technical errors, network failures, or unauthorized access.
  • DFCoin and DF Credit have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash.

    • 8. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • In Vietnam: disputes will be governed by the Civil Code, with preference given to negotiation and mediation. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to state authorities or arbitration.
  • In Singapore: disputes are governed by Singapore law and under the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.

    • 9. Effective Date & Updates

  • These Terms are effective from: 01/11/2025
  • Dropfoods may update these Terms and will notify users via website or app before enforcement.
  • Continued usage after updates means you accept the revised terms.
